The attempt of this session is to unveil the perpetual struggle of maintaining a traditional market as a heritage against the impersonal market forces.
Examining the issue from a cultural point of view to an urban planning standpoint. How does the traditional marketplace survive the competitiveness of modernization, while proving they can go along with progress by still preserving its essence of heritage and identity?
